By creating an account or using EventScope's event search, you agree to these terms.

Service description

EventScope provides free event discovery (search and browse) and an optional free account with email digests. WhatsApp delivery is planned but not available yet — do not expect messages over WhatsApp today. Coverage is currently limited to the Netherlands; see our availability page for other countries.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You may export or delete your account data at any time from your privacy settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use EventScope to scrape, abuse, or disrupt the service, or to submit unlawful content.

Third-party links

Event listings may link to third-party organiser sites. Outbound links are validated to be well-formed http/https URLs before redirecting, but EventScope does not control third-party content and is not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

EventScope is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventScope is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
